PARVATI GIRLS' HINDU COLLEGE

The following documents must be submitted on the day of registration:

1. Birth Certificate (original & copy)

2. Immunization card (original & copy)

3. Two passport sized photos

4. Completed hard copy registration form

5. Printed SEA slip

To access NALIS (Library Services) you will also need to walk with the completed NALIS registration form found in your hardcopy package as well a utility bill to show proof of address.
